"Live party host vs. digital party host"

**Live party host (staff add-on)** — a team member in your room to help run the celebration.

**Digital party host** — the **television screen in the party room** that displays your **party timeline** so everyone knows what happens when.

Food is delivered to your room **whether or not** you book a live host.

"What a live party host does"

When booked, a live party host may:

- Help decorate the room - Wrangle kids when it is food time - Serve food and drinks - Lead the Happy Birthday song and engage with children - Cut and serve cake - Assist with presents - Tidy the party room

**What they do not do:** supervise children on the **play floor** or watch the building while your guests play. You are still the responsible party parent for your group in the facility.

"Mascot appearances"

Mascots are booked as **Bookeo add-ons** (same system as balloons and other extras). Visits are generally **10–15 minutes** — depends how long kids stay interested, or if anyone is nervous around costumes.

**Other:** Tanggo the Monkey (our mascot), Stitch, Princess Poppy (Trolls), Pikachu

"7-day cancellation for hosts and mascots"

Party hosts, mascots, and fresh platters must be cancelled at least **7 days** before the party. With less than 7 days' notice they remain **billable in full** — we schedule staff specifically for your event.
