• What should I bring?

  Bring yourself and the kids in comfortable clothes. Socks are mandatory for everyone (we're a no-shoe facility). You can purchase socks at the admission counter if needed. No outside food or drink except formula and water.

• Are socks required?

  Yes. Socks are mandatory for all guests, including parents and children. Off The Wall Kids is a no-shoe facility. Socks can be purchased at the admission counter if you forget.

• Do I need a waiver?

  Yes. Every person passing the admission counter needs a waiver, any age. You can sign a digital waiver on our website or on a kiosk at the facility, or sign a paper copy at the admission counter. Digital waivers are valid for 12 months, so you don't need to complete one every time you visit. Paper waivers are valid for one entrance only — a new paper waiver must be completed for each visit.

• Where do I park?

  Parking is available at our location. See our Parking page for lot locations, street parking behind the building, and busy-period tips.

• Can I bring food?

  No outside food, drink, or candy is allowed except formula and water. We have a full-service concession with food and drinks for purchase. No food or drink on the play equipment or carpeted areas.

• What are the best times to visit?

  Weekday mornings and early afternoons are often less busy. Weekends and school breaks can be busier — booking online gives you Unlimited Play Until We Close (Online bookings are guaranteed 2 hours from the start time of their booking).

• What are the age recommendations?

  We welcome ages 0–17. We have areas suitable for toddlers (0–23 months have a lower admission rate with one free adult per child) through to older kids. Parents are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
