Answers to common questions about Off The Wall Kids indoor playground in London Ontario.

• What are your hours?

  We are open 10:00am to 8:00pm, 7 days a week at 539 First St, London Ontario.

• Do I need to book in advance?

  Booking online is recommended: Unlimited Play Until We Close (Online bookings are guaranteed 2 hours from the start time of their booking). Walk-ins are welcome subject to capacity.

• Are socks required?

  Yes. Socks are mandatory for all guests, playing or not playing. We are a no-shoe facility past our admission counter. Socks can be purchased at the admission counter.

• Can I bring outside food?

  No outside food, drink, or candy except formula and water. Food and drinks are available at our concession. This policy is due to guidance from the Middlesex London Health Unit for food safety & allergy reasons.

• Do I need a waiver?

  Yes. Every person passing the admission counter needs a waiver, any age. You can sign a digital waiver on our website or on a kiosk at the facility, or sign a paper copy at the admission counter. Digital waivers are valid for 12 months, so you don't need to complete one every time you visit. Paper waivers are valid for one entrance only — a new paper waiver must be completed for each visit.

• What are admission rates?

  Rates vary by age (0–23 months, 2–17) and additional adults. One adult per child is free. Check our booking site or Admission section for current pricing.

• Do you host birthday parties?

  Yes. We offer party packages for up to 12 kids, up to 24 kids, up to 36 kids, and private facility rental for up to 150 people. All include a private party room, play time, and food credit. See our Birthday Parties page for details and book through our portal.

• Do you offer PA Day or summer camps?

  Yes. We run PA Day camps, summer camps, and March Break camps. Registration is through our booking site; spots are limited.

• Where do I park?

  Parking is available at our location. See our Parking page for a map, lot details, and tips for busy PA Days and school breaks.

• Is Off The Wall Kids parent-supervised?

  Yes. Parents and guardians are responsible for their children at all times. We are a parent-supervised play facility.
