"Why do you need names for every guest?"
Admission, waivers, and capacity. Everyone who passes our admission counter needs a signed waiver — any age, playing or not. Having names typed before party day speeds check-in so your group is not stuck at the counter while cousins arrive in waves.
Guest list is mandatory for party hosts. Online submission is the fastest way to get it done.
"How do I sign in to add guests?"
Use the phone number on your online booking system party booking. That links your reservation to the guest list portal. If the number on the booking does not match what you enter, sign-in will not work — use the same phone you booked with.

"What information do I enter for each guest?"
First and last name for every child and adult attending — parents, grandparents, siblings, plus-one adults. If they will pass admission, they go on the list.
Kids beyond your package tier? Ask when you book — guest list helps us prep, but package limits still apply.
"Can I still email the list instead?"
The online portal is preferred. You can still reach us at info@offthewallkids.com if you hit a technical snag — but typing names yourself usually saves back-and-forth the week of the party.
"When should I submit the guest list?"
As soon as your headcount firms up — and before party day. Weekend parties book heavy; counter time is precious. Submit early, update if someone cancels.

"What happens on party day after the room time?"
Standard packages include 90 minutes in the private party room on your booked schedule (example: 10:00am → room until 11:30am). Guests may keep playing in the facility until we close; party room access ends when your 90 minutes are up.
