Delete your Off The Wall Kids account

The fastest way is in the app: open the Account tab and tap Delete my account. If you no longer have the app, send us a request below.

What gets deleted

• Your community posts, replies, groups you created, and private chats
• Your blocks, reports you made, and community guideline acceptance
• Push notification tokens and notification preferences
• Trivia answers, streaks, and app activity
• Your customer account and saved family profiles

What we may keep

Records we are legally required to retain — such as signed waivers, payment records, and booking history for accounting — are kept for the required period and then deleted. App data is erased right away for in-app requests; the rest of your account is closed within 30 days.
